Delivery and Returns
Delivery prices are based per dozen wines. Delivery is only available to Australian addresses at this time.
We use Fastways and Australia Post for delivery and will select the most suitable option unless you specifically request one at the time of placing your order.
The Other Wine Co. will aim to despatch your order within 3 to 5 days of order confirmation and payment receipt. We will attempt to make delivery by a requested or agreed date, but do not guarantee delivery by that date, and are not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.
The Other Wine Co. will not be liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery where the recipient has provided incorrect or out of date delivery details.
Replacement / Return
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that is found to be unsatisfactory. We are unable to accept return of wine that is ordered in error.
Should you receive a case of wine that appears to have been damaged in transit we will provide you a replacement, or an alternative product of equal value of your choice, or a full refund. Should you receive a product that is different to what you ordered then we will provide you a replacement (if product is available), or an alternative product of equal value of your choice, or a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with a product you received then you can return the wines for a full refund, under the following circumstances:
1. The remaining un-opened wines are returned within 7 days of opening any of the product.
2. Upon internal testing of the product by The Other Wine Co. it is deemed faulty or defective.
3. We will refund your money when we receive the goods and we are satisfied that they are in original condition.

We will bear the reasonable cost of returning goods that are defective or do not meet the product description. All other returns are at your own expense.
In the event that your wine delivery appears to have been damaged in transit you should:
1. Refuse to accept delivery of the product.
2. Direct the courier to return goods to sender.
3. Notify us immediately by calling 08 8398 0500 or emailing email@example.com
If you have already accepted delivery, and then notice that the product appears to have been damaged during transit you should notify us immediately, so we can process a return as "Damaged in Transit".
