As much as we love drinking these wines, they only exist for you to enjoy. Some are classics, others are mavericks; all of them make sense to us.

2024 pinot gris

A zesty wine with notes of nashi pear, Jazz apple and fresh quinces. A hint of loquat and yellow melon. Lemon skin citrus and leisurely flow to the acidity. It’s laden with pear nectar fruit weight and a note of ginger jellies. A touch of white tea tannins and grip on the finish that adds an element of mealiness. A wine for silky chawanmushi custard or sauteed oyster mushrooms.
