Our latest adventure in the new, the other, and the different, has been a fascinating process working with the Portuguese white variety Arinto.
Clover, Lilies of the Valley, crab apple and nashi pear. Honeydew melon, celery heart and lime juice. Almond milk creaminess, oyster shell and lingering acidity. A perfect picnic treat, juicy and fresh with Springtime florals. A wine bred for enjoying our great outdoors, maybe sand between toes, no doubt swatting a blasted fly and ultimately living it up. Drink now with a crunchy caesar salad.

Very light colour with a fresh, clean and reserved fruit aroma, candle wax, the palate likewise delicate, clean and crisp, with balanced lemony acidity, properly dry and refreshing, if not a wine of especially great or individual character.
